How does this work?
Yard Cards are a big greeting card for your yard! When you book a Yard Card Greeting, you are renting our signs for the specified package you paid for. You will fill out an order form and tell us all about the recipient. We will then design a package they are sure to love! We will set up your sign at the time and place that you specified, or as close to that time as possible, and pick it up 24 hours later.
Do I book for the day of my event?
When you choose the date and time on the booking page, choose the date and time you would like for us to set up your Yard Card. We will pick it up 24 hours later. Ex: If your event is on Saturday, October 8 at 2 pm, you would choose October 7 @ 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm or 9pm for setup. We will pick it up 24 hours after setup. If you need different accommodations or have questions about how to select a setup date/time, please contact us.
How far in advance should I book?
You should book as soon as possible to ensure package, theme and date availability. Bookings are a first come, first serve basis. If someone else books the same theme on the same day before you do, that theme/piece will not be available. Be sure to book in plenty of time! Booking one to two months in advance is ideal to ensure availability.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel your yard card greeting, you will receive a credit towards your next booking. We will offer a refund or credit if we are unable to fulfill your request.
Can I change my order after I placed it?
Occasionally we can edit an order after it is placed. If you need to change your order, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Can I purchase the yard cards and keep them?
Yes! We now offer Keepsake Yard Cards! These are customized yard cards that you get to keep and display in your yard for as long as you want! Visit our Keepsake category to see all availability.
What if I don't see a package I want?
If you are looking for a specific package, please contact us for a custom greeting package.
